I am the architect that develops the EPS, PIR to start the work. I also assist SEs with the EDS. I also make sure that the design is robust against variations, manufacturable, ergonomic and ready for production. Besides designers, guiding analysts who work with large data sets, also those who work in FEA/FEM is a regular part of my work. Upgrades -> High priority CQNs and escalations can lead towards further investigation on the right design change or a process change. For design change, I lead the analysis and direct the designers for any and all TPD changes. The goal is always to choose the changes wisely and prevent them as much as possible via several tests. I provide various teams with complex test plans and develop a decision matrix based on the possible outcomes. I oversee the execution of the tests and review the analysis of the results. Documentation is a priority for me throughout the whole life cycle of the project, in order to manage my stakeholders. Working with suppliers and farmout designers are also a regular part of my day.
