Hey, there! Jordan Robinson here, and in terms of the film/entertainment industry, I suppose I would define myself as one of those 'jack of all trades' types of people, since I actively work in the realms of directing, traditional conceptual design, propmastery, practical effects supervising, costuming, and screenwriting-- and this is only within the last five years! During my undergraduate days, I also amassed four years of FM radio broadcasting experience, as well as a membership with the Alpha Psi Omega theatre honor society for my direct participation in numerous campus stage productions. So, yeah, I'm definitely still a master of none, but I am always aspiring to grow in each of the aforementioned fields. I consider myself an eternal student of any discipline, as I am on a constant pilgrimage to discover a better me. It is said that legendary guitarist Randy Rhoads took lessons from local musical instructors wherever he went on his quest to develop the perfect sound. I think we could all take something from that. Ultimately, I aspire to write and produce independent features, video-games, graphic novels, and web content under the same unified brand umbrella, Practical Magic, Ltd. Aptly named for the many production design and special effects tricks I had fun pulling off on the silver screen during my days at SCAD. So, to throw some Queen lyrics into the mix, "I want it all", and I'm still after it-- so, get after me!
