I have led and delivered global projects in marketing, manufacturing, and supply chain for some of the world's leading brands, such as Ford, P&G, IBM, and Dell, using data science and storytelling skills. I specialize in helping organizations go from 0 to 1 in analytics. Currently, I am Assistant Dean of Student Affairs and Assistant Professor at XLRI Jamshedpur, one of India's premier business schools. My broad research interests are Customer Experience, Applications of AI and Metaverse, Gamification and LGBTQ consumption.
