This system not only recorded tickets from customers efficiently but also served as a knowledge base for agents and generated reports.- Designed and developed a desktop- based Telesurvey application for a renowned food delivery service, which was used to conduct surveys through phone calls to their merchants.- Designed and developed a web-based ticketing systems for multinational hospital networks. Project: SATPAS SIM PoCClient: Korlantas POLRII prepared the SATPAS SIM Proof of Concept by implementing a proper development environment complete with source control. I also seamlessly transitioned the report data source from Oracle to SQL Server.

Project: StreamlinerClient: TRAC - Astra Car RentalSuccessfully implemented Streamliner, a web-based application for the vehicle sales and purchasing department, encompassing modules for creating and approving quotations, purchase requests, and purchase orders. As a software engineer, my responsibilities included:- Designing and developing a desktop application that converts client reports from PDF to XML format.- Enabling global testers to evaluate our software products thoroughly before release, by implementing and maintaining continuous integration and deployment system using Team Foundation Server. - Simplifying product deployments in client sites by developing an installation package for WITSML data store server application to .- Designing and developing a system to automatically convert report documents into XML and store them in the WITSML store.- Technologies used: C#, Windows Forms, Windows Service, WPF, Installshield, TFS, iTextSharp, and Microsoft Office Interoperability.

As part of a university internship program, responsibilities entailed the design and development of a web-based document management system alongside another developer. This system allows users to upload, search for, and download documents associated with various electrical components that Swissphone incorporates into their products. It was created using PHP and MySQL for internal use.

This application was designed to compare transaction reports from both a bank and a customer, generating a report highlighting the discrepancies. It was developed in Visual Basic 6 for internal use.
