Responsibilities:• Responsible to look after the HR activities in Zonal Level (11 branches).• Responsible for recruitment in the branches as per the requirement.• Look after the Joining formalities including documentation, background check and rolling out of offer.• On-boarding and Induction.• Employee Engagement activities in Zonal level.• Assisting Central team in Payroll and Performance Management.• Responsible for Employee Exit formalities including Exit interview, Asset recovery, etc.• Conducting Quarterly Audits to all the branches.• Ensuring employees in zonal level to follow the company policies/processes.• Handling the employee grievances (first level) as and when arises, escalate to HO if not redressed in Zonal Level• To maintain MIS and send monthly report to HO (recruitment, leave, attendance, and grievances, if any).• To look after the statutory compliance with the various Departments by taking aids from HO.
