• Implementation of Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards) at all projects in Qatar. • Develop QHSE strategy for the business and align it with group guidelines on strategic development.• Coordinate and assist in case management of incidents, conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis and recommending measures to prevent incident recurrence.• Plan, manage and conduct audits and use the findings to improve products, processes and services.• Promoting a positive health and safety culture and securing the effective implementation of health and safety policy.

• My role was responsible for providing leadership, functional expertise and assurance on QHSE compliance within the region. The region comprises of South America, Central America, Africa, Middle East, Australia and Asia continents.• Develop QHSE strategy and plans for the region and take active role in effective implementation of the strategy.• Designing, developing and implementing the company’s quality, health and safety policy and procedures documentation in the region. • Promoting quality, health and safety culture within all areas of the company. • Carrying out accident investigation, identifying root cause and facilitate implementation of corrective and preventive actions. • Carrying out in-house training in the QHSE function.
