And make changes as per customer requirements.3) Selection of materials as per ASME B16.34.4) Preparing BOM in ERP system.5) Calculation of Cv, Delta P & other for designing of valves6) Product Design and development.

Piping Layout Details:Piping terminology,Pipe flanges and Fittings,Piping and Instrumentation Diagram [P&ID],Development of Equipment layout from P&ID,Development of Plot Plan,Piping Isometrics,Pipe Rack spacing and Design.Design Calculations:Pressure design of straight pipe under Internal Pressure,Pipe wall thickness calculations,Piping material selection,Miter bends calculations,Pressure design of Blanks,Branch Re-inforcement pad calculations.Stress Analysis:Stress analysis of pipelines using CAESER II,ASME B31.3 code requirements for Stress Analysis,Pipe spans calculations,Calculations for Expansion loops,Flexibility analysis,Stresses in a pipe due to Internal Pressure,Formal Analysis,Stress Intensification Factors [SIF].
