• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities such as candidate sourcing, screening, short listing qualifying skills, interview-scheduling, and closure • Head hunting for Embedded domain(Camera, Platform, Application), Hardware Design, PCB Design, Software Developer(C#, Xamarin) • Handling vacant positions at all levels varying from 0-15 years of experience range Interacting directly with business managers for understanding the exact skills requirement to shortlist the most suitable profile sourced through various channels such as job portals, employee referrals, professional portals and social sites (LinkedIn, Online communities) • Posting jobs on various online portals and involved in branding for the requirement • Pre-screening & Tele Screening - Collecting the details of the potential Candidate, asking his/her core capability and at the same time analyzing his/her communication skills, attitude, understanding his motivation level for considering the opportunities.• Coordinate various rounds of interviews and ensure satisfactory candidate experience with the company throughout the recruitment process• Conducting HR interview rounds, negotiating salary & early joining offers, offer release, and joining formalities • Ensuring reduction in decline/backout ratio by continuous follow-up with the offered candidates • Taking care of reimbursements (travel, notice pay), referral bonus and vendor payment • Managing 3rd party vendors for some of the positions assigned due to urgency in project requirements. • Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports.
