Promoted as RSM - Delhi NCR in Sep'07. Promoted as ZSM - South India in Sep'09. During my career with HDFC Bank I was awarded as best ASM-mortgages, Awarded with gold star award (HR award) and successfully completed accelarated leadership program.Moved to Reliance Home finance in Sep'10 as zonal head- mortgage sales for south zone. Promoted as zonal head for south and North in Sep, 12. Promoted as NSM- LAP in April'13 , responsible for pan India LAP business.Joined DHFL as head sales for SME business in Nov'14. Launched SME business for DHFL and build a portfolio of 1500 Cr across all SME products - PTL, Equipment loans and BL.Joined Yes bank as NSM LAP business in April’16. Promoted as Business Head-Mortgage Group, comprising LAP, Home Loans, Affordable Housing and Micro LAP businesses, responsible for building portfolio for the bank through internal, digital and external channels.
