• Defining new process/Fine tuning existing process in next generation SOC/ Managed detection and response (MDR)SOC
• Integration of various network, security devices and applications with SIEM for Security monitoring.
• Overlooking the process of Flex Development for different type of unsupported devices and deployment of flex connectors.
• Global threat monitoring to track malware using SIEM technology, using open source Threat intelligence.
• Manage 24x7 operations at shared SOC which includes incident detection and response, tracking and analyzing in real time, report generation.
• Managing a team of 10 members including analysts and SIEM administrators and assigning tasks to them as per requirement.(Parser development, Log stoppage troubleshooting, Analysis of events)

• Assisting the client in defining metrics for SOC process.
• Coordinating with the client in mitigation of the identified risks.
• Carrying out the security awareness training to the client.
• Manage/guide members of the team in creating use cases to trigger alerts as per customer requirement/industry best practices.
• Real time monitoring of Network Security components and devices such as Firewall, Routers, System Application, Windows devices, UNIX devices, Web servers.
• Correlate the logs as per client's requirement and configure use cases(rules).

• Detecting Phishing Incidents using referrer logs and watermarking.
• Interaction with country specific CERT and ISP teams for taking down of phishing and brand abusing sites targeting the customers.
• Malware and Defacement monitoring of customer websites using a proprietary tool.
• Reporting Incidents to the Clients, Take Down of the Phishing Incidents as per the customer’s request.
• Providing Security Intelligence like latest Malware threat News, Advisories, Patch releases etc.
• Provide latest security advisory alerts to customers on the basis of the assets list provided by the customer.
