I was part of Information technology service desk team for a couple of days where I learnt about the way of responding to the employee issues all around the globe related to software, applications, licenses renewal, hardware issues etc, escalations and solving them. Introducing BOT to the end users and making them familiar to use BOT.Then i was moved to Cloud operation team where I learnt about the usage of Azure cloud and servers in that organization and how it is managed by Artificial Intelligence.
