• Responsible for the planning and delivery of API/Intermediates (5-10 kg) to the right quality within the stipulated timelines• Raw material & consumables ordering as per specification and maintaining the stocks• Writing BPRs, MBRs, Campaign Reports, Cleaning Protocols, Cleaning Reports Stage plan online in compliance with cGMP • Addressing the scale-up issues/challenges• Sharing the critical observations and learning’s to the project team for further process improvement• Raising the deviations, change controls, and ensure CAPA’s are put in place• Preparation of compliance reports for QA audits• SOP preparation and updating as and when required• Involved in validation activities of GMP equipments• Ensuring Safe scale-up of reactions and following good SHE practices• Authorization and Shipment of Dangerous Goods• Involved in decontamination and de-qualification activities of GMP equipmentReagents handled:• Experience in handling Reduction reactions involving, LAH, NaBH4 etc• Experience in handling moisture sensitive Reagents like n-butyl lithium, Hexyl Lithium, Isopropyl Magnesium chloride etc
