● Supervise Maintenance engineer and assure smooth production● Build production plan according to sales forecast.● Assure 3M (Machine, Material, Manpower) has no issues.● Intra department communication to Prepare a list of raw materials required in futureproduction plans according to BOM provided by the operations department and salesforecast provided by the sales department and send it to the procurement department.● Communicate with suppliers in India and China to assure quality of raw materials andget updates in their production process to assure timely arrival of raw materials.● Ensure production is according to plan by monitoring data received from variousdepartments of manufacturing such as cutting, stitching,injection molding, packing andwarehousing.● Build a weekly routine and optimize time of each department in manufacturing byanalyzing data received from various departments to reduce work in progress.● Follow KanBan Process to build a batch of raw materials required for production.● Prepare list of newly required machineries by analyzing backlog in production due toinsufficient machineries.Then Communicate with suppliers in India, China and Turkeyand analyze the technical specifications.
