Delphi (Drug Discovery Project) Team Size: 40-50 DESCRIPTION: • Delphi is a project developed for a big drug discovery client of USA. • This project helps scientists, chemist to undergo all the steps of drug discovery efficiently using the software. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Analyze, design, develop, deploy and maintain medium scale projects. Write modular, reusable and excellent quality code, code reviews and implementation of best practices. Ensure the same within the team. • Make architectural decisions in collaboration with technology experts, ensure proper technical documentation. • Ensure scalability, performance, reliability and security of the application • Be involved in project risk analysis and mitigation, continuously review problems to determine the root cause in order to prevent them in the future. • Automate deployments, integrate CI and perform manual deployments when needed. • Mentor and share knowledge within the team and outside the team as well when necessary and help in the continuous growth of junior team members. • Be actively involved in ensuring implementation of organizational culture, process, and standards in the team. • Communicate effectively with the client and team. • Keep up with technology trends, implement trending technologies within the project and provide training to the team.

Worked on a Insurance Project :This project was completed from scratch. I was involved from the beginning to final deployment. I was involved in requirement gathering, design database, select tools and technologies best fit for the project. I was also responsible team member for coding financial calculations used in Insurance. I also frequently visited clients site to deploy application on premise, present the progress and understand if the requirements are meet. Following tools are technologies are used in the project.- Java 8- Spring boot- Hibernate, JPA- MYSQL- Swagger for API documentation- Caching- Tomcat- Git- Redmine- Agile
