• Responsible for delivery of HP projects on Data Protector & Storage Essentials• Scoping/sizing of projects• Work as consultant to deploy HP Data Protector solutions• Deliver Internal and External Trainings on HP Data Protector• Providing backend support on HP Data Protector to the implementation team• Mentoring new joinees

• Conducting seminars and workshops for pre-sales, sales and system engineers on Mac OS X client, Mac OS X Server 10.5, Storage, Networking basics, Apple Xserve, Xserve Raid, Promise Vtrak Storage boxes, SAN etc.• Part of the support team, which provides both front end & back end support, on-site, telephonic, email and remote support to clients and Service providers on Apple based solutions across India.• Responsible for installation and implementation of Apple based server and storage solutions throughout India. The solution would include installing and implementation of Mac OS X Server, Apple Xserve, Xserve Raid, Promise Vtrak storage boxes, different services provided by Mac OS X Server, Apple based SAN solution etc.• Testing of Apple based server solutions.• Providing demos based on Apple Server and storage solutions, which includes all the services as well as DAS, NAS and SAN Setup.• Responsible for management of customer escalations.• Responsible for management of Server spares inventory across India.• Providing in-house technical support for Apple Employees
