Training & Motivating to FOS..Efficiently managed a team of 5 distributors to develop and triggering business in existing and nascent markets in highly demanding situations.I am Handling Two District kolar , Chikabalaapura & Bangalore RuralEnsure wider coverage & deeper penetrationSharing a good rapport with Reporting boss and providing them with value added services and generating goodwill.Maintaining the stock levels at every outlet for timely service and augmented sales of all schemesPromoting the brand at all retail counters by supplying them with adequate advertising material in shop branding.Interacting with customers, resolving their issues and queries and providing them with prompt service for customer.Regular secondary sales review meetings with distributor's sales representative for achieving targets.Handling the Francoise Retail point for additional activity

1-Responsible for Daily Sales activities and reports. 2-Co-ordination with Customers and Distributors. 3-Responsible for creating marketing plans and its successful implementation to achieve financial objectives. 4-Managed key marketing activities that include advertising, promotional campaigns & direct marketing initiatives. 5-Conduct competitor research to identify competitor's product offerings, features and pricing points. 6-Developing customer relationship via personalized touch 7-Imparting product knowledge to field sales executives and pushing the product to the customers 8-Maintaining cash flow from customers and keeping average collection period under norms. 9-Organizing various brand promotion events like customer meets at local levels 10-Developing and maintaining Channel Partners for alternate form of sales 11-Analyzing historic sales data and forming strategies for penetrating markets where our presence is nominal.
