Remote support / installation of Simulator Software’s/patches and Troubleshooting and providing all kind of Technical Support to Institutes/companies with our Simulation software. Worked with clients located in various countries around the globe. Preparing ship for SIRE/MOC/PSC/Flag inspections. Act as Secretary in all formal meetings onboard, including daily work meetings, Safety Meetings and month end Safety Committee Meeting. Updating and maintaining ships Controlled Document ‘Safety Management System’ and ensuring all out dated documents are destroyed. Maintaining Inventory and keeping organized ships plans and drawings. Running stores and checking of spare gears including victuals. Upon delivery, updating Procurement, Inventory and Planned Maintenance system accordingly. Act as Support to Shipboard Safety Officer and Promote Shipboard safety culture development program STOP. Provide reports in Excel/Word or Company Specific forms when required by the Ship’s Management Team or Head Office. In addition forwarding daily, weekly, Monthly and quarterly reports to different concerned persons in the Head Office. Maintain records of Officer's and Crew Certification. This includes updating of all onboard databases (Masters Accounts etc) and all Crew certification communications with head office, Flag state (Flag State Endorsements/ Medical certification) and manning agencies. Carry out communication with Head Office, Charterers, Agents, Manning offices and Port Authorities using Telephone, E-mail, Fax and telex. Since the vessel called different foreign Ports, I was responsible for all the Port administration work like customs clearance, port clearance, immigration, quarantine, etc. Together with the Master, I interact with the delegates of port and custom authorities to clear the ship from different administration formalities.

In charge and fully responsible for e-mail based Client Flip-album, Compaq and Toshiba. Attaining customer satisfaction and keeping the satisfaction level to its highest. Entire team management including one to one training sessions with the Executives as and when required. Arrangement for the Feed backs of Executives from the Quality department and taking actions accordingly. Regular debriefings and meetings with staff to share their experiences and resolving doubts if any.
