Responsibilities as Sales IT Recruiter:• Keeping the update of the candidates and to know the comfort ability.• Coordinating with the candidates through email/phone to Intimate.• Reaching out for the maximum number of requirements which are open in the market.• Identifying the skilled candidate suitable for the requirement from the market through groups, portals, database list & social networks.• Understanding the job requirements.• Screening the requirements according to the resumes.• Coordinating with the consultant in order to know whether they are comfortable with the requirement before submitting to the Vendor.• Negotiate rates With the Vendors/ Clients.• Consultants about client submission, coordinate interviews, and complete relevant documentation.• Innovative solutions and strategic partnerships with leading technology partners.• Organizing Face-to-Face interview or telephonic interview.• Collect feedback from the vendor/client.• Follow-up with Consultant to confirm their Date of Joining and keep the respective departments informed of the same.• Signing the required documents send by vendor / client.• Identifying the potential vendor in the market and maintaining long lasting relationship with them.• Maintaining Good interpersonal Relation with the Client and the Vendors whom I deal with before.• Maintaining resume database, vendor/client list and reports.• Sending daily report &weekly report to the accounts management.

• Marketing the resumes of bench H1 Consultants for various positions available in the market.• Responsibilities include calling on candidates and prime vendors, presenting consultants, negotiating & finalizing contracts.• Keep track of candidate arrival to bench (at least 2 weeks before) and getting their updated resume ready to market.• Posting candidates resumes on major job boards and updating them regularly.• Searching on job sites (dice, monster) to find suitable positions for existing consultants and communicate vendors through phone & mails.• Work on queries regarding Non-Solicitation Agreement.• Initiating new vendor contacts and maintaining existing contacts.• Calling existing clients/ vendors on regular basis for requirements and to develop a good rapport.• Weekly update meeting to discuss on performance and reporting to sales managers.SALES:• Handling international IT Sales and Recruiting.• My job involves Job searching, Analyzing and submitting and calling the vendor.• Positing resumes in job portals and calling the vendors. • Pay Rates Negotiation with Vendors.• MY job also involves making calls to the vendors and taking feedbacks and updating the consultants with client time slots. • Maintain Regular contacts with Vendors, and consultants.
