Responsible for Software development in LabVIEW and communicating with 3rd party hardware using TCP/IP, Profibus, Modbus, Network stream, RS232 protocols etc.Projects completed-.• MetalsMaster (Honeywell, Bangalore)  Development of RT and host for controlling, measuring and calculating various parameters of metal mill.  It also involves communicating third party hardware's with Profibus, creation of dll's etc.  Development of front panels in LabVIEW NXG.• Xenon Transfer System DAQ (ISRO, Bangalore)  Development of Data logging system for Xenon Transfer System to acquire and log the data into a TDMS file.  It involved cRIO 9035 controller and modules like c series 9201, 9212, 9216, 9870, 9871.• Dual Proof Pressure Test Equipment (Collins Aerospace, Bangalore)  Developed the system to test the inflatable system by maintaining the set pressure using proportional valves & solenoid valves for specified interval in two single or one dual tube.  I involved cRIO 9063 controller & c-series modules NI 9224, NI 9269, NI 9472, NI 9375.• Thermostat Calibration System (Robertshaw, Pune)  Developed system to test and calibrate the thermostats and log the temperature readings of each thermostats.  All the data is saved in SQL database in server pc.

• Coal Gas Plant operation and maintenance.• Startup, shutdown & smooth operation.• To ensure quality of gas produced.• To monitor the parameters in operation and to ensure safety. • Maintenance of coal gas plant electrical equipments. • Troubleshooting of different process, field instruments and equipment disturbances. • Installation, Calibration of field equipment in site i.e. Pressure transmitter, Thermocouple, RTD, DPT, Level Transmitter etc..• To do preventive maintenance as per schedules and undertake breakdown maintenance.• Also involve in team of engineers from different companies, responsible for erection of coal gas plant. • Man power handling.

• Installation and commissioning of Diesel Generator on consumer sites, mostly Cummins DG.• General routine services and maintenance of DG sets (up to 500kva).• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.• Engine overhauling and repair work (up to 750kva).
