Pradeep Kumar is a CTO at Bloom Health Centers. He possess expertise in sdlc, requirements analysis, data warehousing, software project management, requirements gathering and 14 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "It is rare to find an individual who is brilliant, industrious, dedicated and highly motivated and yet not conceited, is extroverted, and extremely easy for everyone to work with. Pradeep Kumar is one such rare individual. I had the good fortune to manage Pradeep for 4.5 years at QSSI in support of the Affordable Care Act. I use the term “manage” lightly since he really needs little management. On our project, the impressive list of languages and technologies he learned largely via self-teaching is long. This knowledge acquisition often involved after hours self-assigned research conducted while he was also completing his Master’s degree. Pradeep’s quest for knowledge is insatiable. On our project, he mastered XML Schema, XSLT, Schematron, XQuery, WSDL, SOAP, NIEM, MarkLogic APIs and database management, as well as self-taught several JavaScript GUI libraries and JSON. He was the go-to guy when our Operations team needed an efficient XQuery to run in Production and when the Testing team needed better understanding of our web services. On our Data Architecture team, he consistently demonstrated a keen understanding of all relevant business processes and their technical implementation details; he often created Visio diagrams to share his knowledge and help others understand. Pradeep also designed and implemented a very useful Query Reporting Framework integrated with Tivoli Work Scheduler and a MarkLogic database that made it trivial for Business Analysts and Ops team to export transactional data for regularly scheduled reports via XQuery directly into Excel spreadsheets. Pradeep Kumar has a vast amount of knowledge and expertise as well as an amiable disposition that makes him a tremendous asset to any IT organization. "
