Current• Designing, Implementing, Processing the recruitment Life cycle of the company and managing the entire recruitment Assignments of the various clients associated with Company• Developing and prioritising recruiting, sourcing strategies, key recruiting initiatives to ensure that they are in line with client's business strategy, recruitment policies.• Collaborating with different clients from different industries on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs within their organisation. • Sourcing resumes through Job Portals, Database, and References.• Screening and Selecting best matched Profiles and taking Telephonic Interview.• Briefing Candidates regarding the Job Description, Company Profile and Career Perspective• Hunt for the new clients & follow-up with existing to get fresh requirements on floor.• Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.• Being part of it i do manage "Hire360 Consulting" to serve our clients with complete recruitment services.• Interact directly with clients to understand key requirements. share relevant points with the team.• Go with search strings on portals, LinkedIn and social platforms to get suitable talent for clients.• Handy with portals like: Naukri.com, MonsterIndia and Shine etc.• Managing recruitment assignments received from stakeholders OR external clients.• Planning and sourcing relevant resumes from job portal, referencing and social media.• Perform initial on-call screening to shortlist relevant resumes as per requirement.• Discuss with stakeholders OR clients to schedule an interview calendar.• Interact with the HR administration team to make sure about documentation and offer processing.• Maintain record of sourced and interviewed profiles with proper feedback.• Keep a follow up and engagement during notice period of selected candidates to make sure their smooth on-boarding on date of joining.
