My roles and responsibilities are outlined below: Business Development and Sales: Identifying potential clients and market opportunities for staffing services. Developing and executing sales strategies to attract new clients and expand existing accounts. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their workforce requirements. Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with clients while ensuring profitability for the company. Meeting sales targets and revenue goals set by the organization.Recruitment and Talent Acquisition & Management : Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Identifying projects for bench candidates.  Conducting initial candidate screenings, interviews, and skills assessments. Evaluating candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific roles and presenting the best-matched candidates to clients. Coordinating interviews between clients and candidates. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiations and onboarding.Team Management: Overseeing a team of recruiters and sales representatives, providing guidance, mentoring, and training as needed. Setting performance targets and KPIs for the team and monitoring their progress. Ensuring the team adheres to company policies, best practices, and legal requirements.Compliance and Legal Considerations: Ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards during recruitment. Understanding and following EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) guidelines to promote diversity and fairness in hiring.Customer Relationship Management: Addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service to retain clients and foster long-term partnerships.My role is not limited to what is outlined above, but I am also involved in workforce management, P & L Management, and offshore services delivery by making an essential contribution to increasing the company's revenue.
