Roles and Responsibilities:To monitor crude oil transfer operation from Yade barge to Intermediate to FSO (VLCC)Stock accounting of crude oil (Yade barge to Intermediate to FSO (VLCC)All procedures for crude oil loading and discharging followed in totally.Testing and analysis of crude oil reports proper measurement of crude loaded & discharge. Pre & post procedure for crude oil Export operation (VLCC) along with Government AuthoritiesPeriodic MIS of the Activities managing Bunkering operation Vessel and VLCC.Regular monitoring & guiding for smooth running operation. Planning barge unloading operation timely & sailing of intermediate vessel to FSO (VLCC) along with port officer.Issuing work permit as per company standard and ensure all works are carried out in safe manner during shift operation. Conducting emergency fire mock drill on different scenarios and sharing knowledge about fir organization chart to all employees.

Day to day shift operation, batch preparation and reporting to Production Manager.Working with DCS System.Maintaining, Logbooks and registers.Maintaining of safety norms and minimization of waste generation.Overall responsible of production and batch preparation Area.Monitor the plant performance in terms of efficiency, yield & contribute effectively towards improvements.Process Optimization Methodology -Trouble shooting of process/Production /product related problems, this would essentially regular investigation and analysis of such product/process related issues and having to make necessary contribution.Coordinate with all maintenance department to carry out necessary maintenance activityCoordinate with quality control department to get in process and finished product sample analyse.Performing the batch as per Batch Process record.Timely fill up of online documents and all related logbooks.Follow all the safety norms and related SOPs.Responsible for running the plant as plant Tech., Such as normal operation, Start-up, Shutdown.
