Job Profile/ Key Responsibilities :• Preparation & operation of annual Media Budget for the Company• Tracking and monitoring all business and company-related news forwarding to the senior management daily. • Develop a database of media houses, agencies, and journalists to engage with them for the release of communication products.• Ensure publication of articles, and opinion pieces on company-related activities and issues in print and digital media.• Provide PR support and manage promotion and coverage of company-related events; Arrange press, radio, and TV interviews.• Coordinating creating communication materials such as press releases, speeches, newsletters, Event brochures, Calendars, etc.• Associated with all events our Company organized and attended company-sponsored events.• Coordinate with corporate communication for posting specific content on social media like Twitter, LinkedIn, FB, etc.• Coordinating with an advertising agency for designing & publication of memoriam ads, financial results, and all notices related to the Company• Relationship development with IDCO IPICOL Water Resource dept, Odisha Legislative Assembly, and other offices related to PR work.
