• Perform LAN/WAN on-site and off-site troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose network problems. • Troubleshooting and closing client trouble tickets daily. • Upgrading IOS on Network devices.• Regular backup for network configurations• Replacing faulty hardware in production network• Maintaining network documentation• Perform Daily Network Checklist to eliminate major network downtime.• Observing the WAN link status (up / down) across all sites and ensuring the traffic diversion through secondary link due to dynamic configuration in case primary fails.• Monitoring all network equipments status (up / down) spread across all sites.• Monitoring device’s logs on continuous basis and report accordingly in case of problem.• Problem escalations internally as well as externally wherever necessary in order to meet SLA Customer updating at intervals about fault’s status preparation of daily reports• Coordinating with various service providers (Reliance, TATA, VSNL, Bharti) for Troubleshooting IPLC and NPLC links.• Coordinate with UK and HKG counter part for network Up gradation, Implementation & Troubleshooting.• Coordinate with CNOC and support engineers to manage and rectify fault locally• Weekly Incident reports-which is sent to all IT Managements Team• Attending planned and unplanned network outages and activities
