I am an experienced MR imaging research scientist with 13+ years of experience in the field of multidisciplinary medical research writing high clinical and preclinical impact scientific papers, and also experienced in establishing and sustaining research collaborations with multiple investigators.I have a track record in clinical (3T MR imaging: Siemens, GE, and Philips) and preclinical translational research (9.4T In vivo & In vitro NMR spectroscopy: Bruker and Varian) and development in magnetic resonance imaging. My R&D research interest is in learning the use of MRI techniques correlated with cutting-edge biochemical and molecular tools in solving translational medical research problems. I mastered the following MR imaging research tools and am willing to learn various MR imaging techniques in solving prominent questions in biomedical research. • 1H (Lactate, Alanine, Choline, etc.) and 31P (ATP, pH, NAD, UDPG, PME, Pi, PDE, etc.) MR spectroscopy at 9.4T: Plan and perform preclinical research studies, for data acquiring and collection/ solution verification and validation (In vivo & In vitro NMR spectroscopy imaging: Pre-Clinical), Cancer cell Lines culture, Subcutaneous tumor developed in mice (Skin Cancer-Melanoma, Lymphoma, Glioblastoma, Prostate cancer, and breast cancer), YSI Biochemistry Analyzers, assessing tumor response and cell lines response to therapy, Statistical analysis, and manuscript preparation.
