Approach the customer and Generate Enquiry as per our technical specification2. Give Quotation, Price Negotiation and followup with customer till order receive. Attend the meeting with customer behalf of company.Service Activity :-1. In Rajasthan Aplab have nos. of product i.e. Cheque Deposit Machine, Automatic Passbook Printer (BOB), DQMS, BNA, Scanner, UPS and More equipment supplied in various sector i.e. Banking Sectors, Defense Sector & Manufacturing Industries. 2. Over all controlling/Monitoring the all APLAB Engineers in Rajasthan.3. Planning and distribution of work to each Engineer.4. Projects work like installation of machines on stipulated time. Recently we are installed 250 Nos. SSPB in BOB and UPS, Power Supply in A/F Station Suratgarh Rajasthan5. Prepare AMC Preventative Maintenance chart and give the work to the engineers accordingly.Motivate the engineers and give training to new Engineer for Banking Automation product.6. Check the vouchers of Engineers and forwarded to concern department for reimbursement Attend service related meetings.Commercial Activity :-Generating weekly status report, Routine Administration, Documentation Activities.GRN, Manually / Computerized stock entry. Weekly Projection of Dispatches & O/S Payment collection.Generate AMC Bills / Rental Bills and followup accordingly. VAT Invoice, Qtrly. Return, Annual ReturnKeeping travel, leave & personal records to all the department personalProcurement and movement of goods and storage of inventory (complete ware house ) in all forms (i.e. safety, security etc.)Handling / Maintain store, logistic, Transportation matter (i.e. Protective packaging, Delivery of the required goods, at required place, at require time, in required state and to the required person.)
