■ Supporting and managing Windows servers and configurations■This position supports both local and remote end users by troubleshooting day-to-day problems of the application in production■Working knowledge of DNS, HTTP, FTP, Powershell scripting language, and Hyper-V server■ Responsible for Tier-I support for all server-related issues■ Responsible for monitoring server condition and status 24/7■ Monitoring the network performance and utilisation of servers■ Responsible for server backup and data integrity■Installations of new software and system upgrades and scheduling backups■Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively■Supported 24/7 on call schedule for Production support
