- To conduct the initial design studies to understand the project and its specific problems and challenges.- Design and preparing Electrical systems as per the engineer sketches and comments.- Updating the Electrical systems as per design review comments from engineers & clients.- Design and preparing small power and coordinating with mechanical equipment power requirements.- Design and preparing kitchen small power as per kitchen specialist equipment’s power requirements.- Designing BOH area lighting using Dailux software and producing lighting distribution based on lux level scheme.- Design and preparing load schedules, voltage drop calculations & single line diagram’s per government Authorities rules & Regulations.- Design and preparing Circuit breaker & cable size selections as per government Authorities rules & Regulations.- Design and preparing FLS systems (Fire alarm, PAVA & CBS) as per government Authorities rules & Regulations.- Creating BIM models for Electrical system as per the project requirements.- Coordinating with Architects for the space requirements for electrical rooms as per government Authorities rules & Regulations.- To put on the technical skills to the tasks to solve the daily problems and ensure the work processes and systems are effective and efficient.- MEP – Architectural – Structural Coordination and clash detection using Revit MEP and Navisworks.- Creating schedules, Families, Project templates & Ability to Solve BIM Related Issues in Electrical Services.- Attending weekly BIM meeting for coordination and to check workflow progress.
