M.Tech, BE(Metallurgy), 20 years Exp Manager with demonstrated history of working in Iron Industry, Skill in Research ,Technical Team member Sinter plant (Operation), TPM, IMS, Data analysis and Operation Manager at 490.5 Sqm Sinter plant ,which having latest technology of SWGR ,Production Capacity 15000 TPD from single strand Machine.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:Sinter Plant new features-SWGR (Selective waste and Gas Recirculation) taken in line & save approx. 7-9% of total fuel.Monitor and control process parameters to ensure optimal sintering performance.Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance task on sintering equipment.Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective action as necessary.Collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve production targets and quality standards.Ensure Compliance with safety regulation and company policies.Train and mentor junior staff on sintering operations and procedures.Implement process chemistry adjustment and burden adjustment to optimize sinter qualityAnd production efficiency.For process improvement Trial taken with 50 kg lime, Do-lime, raw flux In Sinter making.
