Working with client for Business Development and Strategy

Worked for Livelihood Promotion, Irrigation Development and Community Institution Strengthening. Besides, looked after team work, strategy, technology and HR management as part of my assignment.

Worked at the PMU of South Odisha Initiative. Closely worked with NGO partners and Govenrment offices in Kalahandi District of Odisha. Worked on Health, Education, Livelihood and Water Sanitaton in Thuamul Rampur and Lanjigarh block to make model villages and reached out to the remote tribal villages. Worked in projects like Diversion Based Irrigation (DBI), Geographical Inforamtion Systems (GIS), Migration Initiative and Malaria Eradication Programme of Tata Trusts.

Initially I worked as “Rural Transformation Fellow” in a pilot programme of Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports i.e. National University Students Skill Development Programme (NUSSD) to provide skill training to the National Service Scheme (NSS) volunteers and college students. Later as a ‘Programme Officer’, I worked in three State Universities in three States namely: Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Odisha. In Odisha, I worked in 3 Degree Colleges under Utkal Univerisity, Bhubaneswar to impart Skill Development Training among youth. I was involved in enrollment and training of students, stakeholders and trainers for various skill domain areas like Motivational Classes, English Communication, Digital Literacy, Financial literacy, Legal Literacy, Entrepreneurship etc.
