 The planning and process designing of public & industrial water/ waste water treatment systems. Prepare construction plans, Techno commercial proposals, specifications, and cost estimates of water & waste water treatment projects. Also conduct treatment study, evaluation, and improvement recommendation of water and Waste water systems using Bio - Chemical analysis. Actively involved in Providing leadership, mentoring, Training and recruitment.  Process design engineering to support system design  Complete costing of the capital equipment and the lifecycle operations / maintenance of the specified system.  Assist sales in creation of proposals & deliverables for important tenders & clients requirements.  Produce complete P&ID’s, Layouts and other necessary Drawings & Documents for various Water & Waste water management systems. Responsibilities include providing suitable solutions in all aspects of major water / wastewater projects, finding new and exciting markets for existing processes and developing new processes for the growing effluent control market Proven technical experience to contribute the team in areas of technical leadership, project management, and business development. Responsibilities also encompass active participation in all phases of business development including preparation of conceptual/feasibility studies and design reports, preparation of detailed drawings and specifications.
