I’ve been working as a Business Analyst on various development projects for websites and mobile apps, handling Scrum calls, requirement collection, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. In addition to my BA role, I’ve also taken on some Project Manager responsibilities. I’ve gained hands-on experience in planning and developing project ideas, assembling and leading teams, monitoring progress, setting deadlines, and solving issues as they arise. I also focus on ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and evaluating project performance to keep everything running smoothly. Plus, I’ve worked with the SOC 2 compliance team and coordinated a penetration testing project, using tools like Jira to keep everything on track.
