Job Responsibilities: Managing Risk & Insurance function for the entire group i.e; Assessing & analysing Insurance requirements of company, comprising Jakson Group and its subsidiaries. To manage complete Group Insurance portfolio of Jakson Group, both on Assets as well as Liabilities side, which includes: Property & Causality, Employee benefits - Group Health & Personal Accident, Liability Insurance, Marine & Cargo Insurance, Life Insurance & Claims settlement. Coordinating & Negotiating with Insurers & Brokers to source various Insurance products on best terms & conditions.  To ensure smooth transition from construction phase to operational phase without leaving any gaps in insurance for the portions of the projects being put to use. Ensure timely renewal of all Insurances at the best terms. Review of existing operational policies for insurance adequacy & changes, if any. Scrutinization of Insurance Policies for errors and rectification of the same.  Managing claims, right from intimation to insurer till final settlement. Co-ordinating with various departments for timely submission of claim documents and timely settlement of insurance claims. Advise HR on employee related insurance matters and help employees / HR team to resolve health insurance claims matters. To be part of EPC bidding / tendering process, in terms of providing Insurance budgeting & costing to internal team, discussion & negotiations over insurance clauses / terms with prospective EPC parties / vendors. Contributing towards formulation of EPC contracts, writ Insurance clauses / frame work. Training the employees at sites on the policy coverage’s for better understanding of insurance and to educate them about the procedures to be adopted in event of any mishap/accident at the site.

Job Responsibilities: Calculate the premium amount of an insured for an insurance and Reinsurance coverage. Reconciling the premium amount booked at the policy inception and amount received in cash. Research and remediate any inconsistencies in these payments. Accurately find the amount outstanding to/from the insured. Accurately record these amounts as revenue. Accurately analyze the amount previously paid by the insured for given period of insurance coverage. Reviewing loss reports & claim reports as well. Understanding of legal contracts between all parties.

Job Responsibilities: Overseeing and responsible for an overall insurance profile of Rs.5 Crores premium of the Company. Guiding company employee’s for quick recovery of insurance claim in Motor and Non Motor such as Group Mediclaim Policy, GPA Policy, Fidelity, Cash-in-Transit, Fire and Burglary policy etc. Taking care of entire insurance department including insuring the centralized fleet on renewal basis and all corporate policies by due negotiation with all PSU’s and private Insurance Companies. Monitoring all type of claims generated against our Insurance Policies and prepares Claim MIS for proper follow-up. Prepare Monthly Insurance MIS (to analyze premium – claim ratio) and forward to CFO as well as ED/MD. Handling work of Corporate Policies as per requirement after taking into consideration Comments and suggestion of CFO/ED/MD. Follow-up with Insurance Company and our operational staffs for early disposal of pending claims.
