In Pharmaceutical Industry I have total experience of 15 years, Initially i started my career from Production in 2007 almost working for a year and then joined in Pharmaceutical Sales with Lupin as Medical Representative for Cardiology and Diabetology division after working for 1 year and got an opportunity to move back to my hometown Latur with Dr. Reddy's Lab, I worked with DRL for almost a decade 2009 to 2019. I worked with DRL in Cardiology and Diabetology division and was handling products like Stamlobeta, Atocor, Reclimet, Reclide, Telsartan and Olsertain. I have given my Best in developing my territory by building brands and achieving consistency year on year Star Club Awards. This helped to get my 1st promotion as Area Sales Manager in 2013-2019I was been responsible for bigger geography (Marathwada, Later Khandesh & Vidharbha) and meeting organizations goals through 4 peoples, Strategy Execution, Relationship development and Engaging Key Opinion Leaders and Key Business Leaders in organization activities. New Product Launch and People Development. I joined Sun Pharmaceuticals in 2019 as Area Sales Manager and was taking care of Marathawada and Khandesh, with same Cardiology and Diabetology and almost same product range. Worked till 2021 and got promoted and Regional Sales Manager in CIPLA.With my Experience and Coaching from my seniors, I have always worked strongly on 4 parameters People, Product, Process and Geography with Integrity, Passion and Discipline.
