I have played a significant role in digital transformation and building IoT products and services across for over 17 years. Through my journey with startup culture and banking transformation, I've learned one key lesson: understanding the impact of emotional and social intelligence across different cultures is crucial. This has enabled me to appreciate that people can be the biggest enablers or disruptors of any digital strategy! It is this learning that has contributed to my success. Our digital lives are continuously changing; new technologies, platforms, and approaches are being adopted at a significant rate by society. Incumbent banks generally struggle to keep abreast of these changes, while tech companies quickly adapt these innovations without realizing their business value. My mission is to bridge this gap, helping banks with their digital ambitions and guiding other tech organizations to achieve a business value-driven adaptation process My working life followed a technical path from IT developer, technical manager, architect, and the head of architecture. Along the way, I have gained extensive knowledge and experience in core transformations in the bank, IoT, cloud, EV, DevOps, agile methodology, API integrations, MEAN stack, and event-driven architectures. I am a specialist in web-based technologies believe this stack provides the ability to deliver robust and loosely coupled architectures. Having worked in multiple technologies and diverse cultures, I am very at ease working with distributed teams offshore/nearshore outsourcing models with different technology stacks. The skills, knowledge, and experiences I have gained over my career can be transferable across multiple business domains.My leadership style focused on bringing clarity, generating energy, and addressing over-constrained problems by leveraging empathy, collaboration, and empowering others to excel.
