Job consists of handling the Dealerships from Hubli to Tumkur Area, controlling 15 Branches, 8 Branch Managers, 6 Team Leaders, 40 Executives and 01 Assistant. Incharge of the Ace/207 product head for the entire dealership, job involves with the responsibility of marketing the above mentioned products with the area restricted as above.Training, Motivating, Team Building, Achievements from all branches, Conducting various activities every month, Working with competence with major skills to beat the barriers of our competitors is the major role play.Reporting to General Manager and MD.

As a Bancca manager with Aviva, I was given the initial responsibility to handle the Corporate Insurance Brokers segment,in addition to with CAD (Corporate Alternate Data Provider) further with an additional responsibility of looking after IndusInd Bank, Hubli. My area of coverage was entire North Karnataka i.e. from Chitradurga to Bidar Karnataka. Training, Team Building, Field Training, Business Development through the major Channel Partners, Free Lancers etc. was the major role.
