Wipro Consumer care unit B2B unit (dealing in Commercial Lighting & office furniture ), now Wipro Enterprises was appx Rs.400 cr in Turnover ( 2012). I joined in as BFM for the division reporting in to the CFO and the division head. This role was non existant before me, so have setup the BFM process in this division. Key deliverable were : • Preparation of business plan, forecasts & strategy document for the division with support of corporate team. • Setting up robust systems for detailed forecast / guidance on revenue, profitability, RM trends etc and tracking actuals. • Setting up SOP and central team to track, review & report order pipeline, customer wise profitability & cashflow, RM trends, Capacity & utilisation • Ownership on delivering revenue, profitability & collections – by setting up SOP and timely & transparent MIS. • Presenting the month end performance along with the Business head to the CEO & quarterly review with the Board members.
