Bachelor ThesisNational Institute Of Technology, Tiruchirappalli Jan 2023 - May 2023Synthesized Copper based Metal Organic Frameworks (MOFs) catalysts and TiO2 catalysts for photoelectrochemical (PEC) hydrogen productionThe synthesized catalysts were characterized and measurement techniques like cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, linear sweep voltammetry were conducted. MOFs and TiO2 catalysts were used as the photoanode, platinum mesh as the photocathode and Nafion as the proton exchange membrane. Current density and hydrogen evolution were calculated. -

Obtained 91% of pectin from the feed solution as retentate on PEI-MOF membrane.
