Shift Incharge
Current* Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods* Liaise with customers, suppliers & transporters* Use manpower efficiently, making sure quality, budgetary targets & operational targets are met* Ensure the smooth running of the allocated shift & engage all the resources to meet planned activity levels* Conduct daily huddle with the team to see if there are any challenges & provide solutions* Review the daily activities of the Warehouse, Training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance * Exchange ideas and thoughts with the team & for improvement opportunities in the operational process* Have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these* keep stock count up to date and make sure inventories are accurate* Motivate, organize, and encourage teamwork to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded* Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis* Do continuous floor walk in the facility to observe the operations and help wherever necessary* Work on employee rosters & manpower planning* Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment
