Tara Tools is a leading manufacturer of checking fixtures. These fixtures are used to check plastic moulded and sheet metal stamped parts.Since 1st April 2015 I am working in Tara Tools as CNC ENGINEER.My Following role, responcibilities & strengths in Tara Tools.• Working experience and thorough knowledge of WorkNC CAD CAM software. • Preparing shift schedule and handling manpower (10-12 people/shift).• Preparing Machinewise Production Planning for each shift.• As per planning Provide the production plan to the designer and CAM programmer.• Provide the CAM process sheet to the VMC Operator and execute the production as per shift wise planning.• Everday conducting & leading sunrise and sunset meeting with CAM programmer and VMC Operators.• Checking inprocess inspection report, 3D points and job log book for each job and every operator.• Collecting database from job log book and at the end of month display the graphs of monthly machine utilization, inprocess rework/rejection.• Everyday checking Operator maintainance checklist, operator attendance and conducting quarterly Preventive maintainance of every machine. Filling machine history card.• Working Experience in implementation of Lean Manufacturing(5s, Kaizen/Poka Yoke, Problem solving techniques, universal problem bank, why why Analysis, 8D,OM/PM, Housekeeping).• At the end of month presenting ppt of machine utilization and inprocess rework rejection to the management. And preparing the action plan for next month.• Providing training to the operators on Kaizen, 5S…..etc.• Doing Root cause analysis for every reworked and rejected job.

Worked under following mini projects.• Collecting all production data and finding out the current Actual CPC for every product and then working on Reduction of current CPC.
