 Responsible for overall project Execution and Coordination of critical activities of construction, interior/exterior fit-out along with MEP services (Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Systems, Electrical, PA systems, CCTV, Networking).  Coordination with in-house property / business team for finalized property agreement to read and understand the scope of work & site takeover date for RFC Visiting the RFC property to discuss with developer/ builder for technical details and jointly singe off on first site MOM and joint site measurement to helping in preparing the first cut layout for furtherance.  Coordination with in-house designee team for timely release of approved BOQ & MEP Drawing/ Layouts for site review meeting with stake holders for the quotation and site check to close minute deviations and Quantity verification using Auto CAD drawing. Vendor management & their evaluation – Develop multiple new vendors’ regionally for projects and renovation. Coordination with various stakeholders & agencies to get Selection / quotation /negotiation timely. Coordination with commercial team to ensure timely release of work orders and closure. Coordination with finalized vendor & agencies from commercial team for site kick off meeting, initial stage to make project completion schedule based on approved drawing/ layout considering as per company guidelines and time frame. Site coordination briefing about the work with various agencies vendors, builder, etc. and approved make material delivery, required manpower at site and scope of work delivery. As a Electricians supervisor .In that company I worked on Telephone system, CCTV,PA system, Wiring, Lighting and power, Single and Three phase motor wiring connection.HT/LT cable laying, Gland and termination and Fire alarm systems.
