Working closely with Business Development Manager in End to End recruitment process in analyzing and understanding the client’s technology need and sourcing, screening/interviewing, negotiating the billing and verifying visa. • Extensive experience in Resourcing, Managing, Selling, Validating, and delivering technical consultants in multiple markets• I have been working through an entire recruitment processes (Full Recruiting Life Cycle), which covers W2, 1099, and Corp to Corp recruitment.• Experience in Visas - CPT, OPT, H1B, TN, EAD, GC & USC• Utilize Dice, Monster, Indeed, Carrier Builder and LinkedIn for posting of jobs and searching for candidates for contract positions.• Negotiate and close candidates on hourly rates before submittal to clients.• Screening Resumes, Short-listing and qualifying the candidates, Headhunting and Networking of candidates for recruitment.• Technologies recruited for includes DW/BI, J2EE/.NET, Oracle/SQL, Unix/Linux etc.,• Identify suitable candidates quickly across various technologies, evaluate skills & experience, screening candidates, and negotiate rates.• Interact with Vendors / Clients to coordinate interview schedules and complete relevant documentation. Conduct post-interview sessions with candidates for necessary feedback and closings.• Interview the candidates for further process of selection by the client.• Expertise on 1099, W2, Corp-to-Corp and Corp-to-hire.• Involved in recruiting database upgrades and responsible for database information integrity.

Placements in US market and well known about the cycles like W2 / 1099 / CTC.• Worked with Preferred Vendors and Direct employers.• Post and maintain all job requirements on Dice and other job sites.• Pre-screen resumes, set up interviews, and process new hires for employment.• Conduct in office interviews, presentations, follow-ups and closing of potential candidates.• Searching and identifying potential candidates from portals.• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once Exposure to Tax Terms - 1099/W2/ C2C. Exposure Visas - GC & USC.• Experience with job sites such as Dice, Monster.• Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different domain categories.
