To briefly introduce myself to you, I am an independent practising counsel at High Court of Telangana. Apart from the constitutional courts, I also take up matters in various Tribunals and District Courts in other states.I am an alumnus of the prestigious Faculty of Law, Osmania University i. Prior to enrolling in law, I graduated with 𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵 𝘥𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 in law from my university college.I have worked on the matters before Supreme Court of India and High Court(s) across the country apart from Tribunals and trial Courts. I extensively drafted at both trial and appellate jurisdictions across forums including High Courts and district court. To add to this, I have also framed the questions of law in appeal(s) before High Court.On many occasions, I prepared the argument note and written submissions for the Court on the strength of which the Court decided the matter. I have perused and analysed trial court records and impugned judgements in depth to formulate the questions of law and the grounds of appeal, in cases pertaining to second appeal.My area of interest lies across the wide spectrum of civil , corporate and criminal laws. I have also worked on high stake arbitrations, and have assisted in defending and prosecuting litigations before High Court relating to arbitration. I have extensively worked in the Writ Jurisdiction of High Court other than the appellate and supervisory jurisdiction. In relation to criminal jurisdiction, I have assisted the Senior Counsel in matters which have went to High Court and the Court was pleased to decide in our favour.I was also associated with the Hon’ble Judges and sr.advocates of High Court of Telangana, where I worked on the cases leading to the landmark judgements which became the authority on the concerned law.Feel free to contact me for legal representation in courts, drafting and legal advice.
