Managing Global Custody, Sanctions Screening, Credit Risk and Lending Operations.

• Perform oversight of Depo/Nostro Recon for APAC, EMEA and US regions.• Perform oversight of Ledger to Ledger Recon for APAC, EMEA and US regions• Support all project related initiatives across Depot and Nostro and Mousetrap including co-ordinating testing and new rec builds.• Performance of SLA & SOP review.• Support all new rec transitions within Mousetrap process and work with team to ensure appropriate due diligence has been performed before migrating• Ensuring all the aged outstanding breaks are highlighted to the Management• Perform second level control (random sample check) on a monthly basis for the activities handled by the team.• Identifying manual processes and work on removing/automating to make process more efficient

Responsibilities:• Coupon Events Capture – Creating coupon event using the coupon information from the agents and event reconciliation. Accrue the Fixed Income Bonds for their coupon pay dates• Coupon Payments and Receipts – Processing payments upon receipt of counterparty valid coupon claim and claiming from counterparty on receivable claims for all currencies.• Controls – Reconciliation of Nostros, Depot a/c and coupon paid by the agents. Maintain low level of Nostros breaks in TLM.• Client Service – Resolving daily counterparty/Internal client enquiries.
