Currently working at SIS Prosegur and previously worked as a Senior Executive Human Resources at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., the master franchisee of Domino's Pizza and Dunkin' Donuts in India. I had been working in this role since Nov 2022, after graduating with a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Centurion University of Technology and Management in Apr 2020. My core competencies include mass hiring, negotiation and offer management, full-cycle recruitment, compliance, grievance handling, vendor management, employee relations, onboarding, etc.In my previous role, I was responsible for sourcing and screening candidates to fill open positions, developing strategies and plans for talent acquisition, empaneling vendors and consultancies, attending job fairs, managing posts on job boards, planning and organizing career fairs, creating employee codes, and promoting the company’s brand. I have successfully hired and onboard thousands of employees across various roles and levels, with the help of my team and partners.
