Working as Head of Boiler Manufacturing Division which manufactures Tubular Pressure Parts for various type of Boilers (Bio Mass, Waste Heat Recovery, Fossil Fuel Fired, Waste to Energy etc). My functional responsibilities are; - Oversee all Business Units Function both Technical and Commercial (Revenue, Costing, P&L etc.)- Analyze and explore market trends, identifying fresh opportunities and Set the business unit’s strategies- Oversee new marketing strategies to sustain growth in business- Build effective relationship with the clients- Oversee Cost Control (Process and Productivity Improvement etc.)- Plan, Execute, Monitor and review project activities and ensure their completion within a scheduled period and budget.- Integrate policies and procedures of the company in business unit operations.- Responsible for mentoring staff; creating a harmonious environment for working and motivation for all as the mean of general growth of the company.

Worked as Head of Liquefiable Gas Container Division and managed all functions like Sales & Marketing, Production, Project Management, Industrial Engineering etc. This SBU manpower of around 200 Nos. which includes 30 Engineers. Isgec is market leader for manufacturing of Gas Containers for Liquefiable Gases e.g. Chlorine, Ammonia, So2, Refrigerants Gases etc.

Worked as Function Head as well as Executive role of Sales & Marketing (identifying new business opportunities, pursuing clients for enquiries, Costing of Equipment, Tecno-commercial discussion,Interaction with client post order). The Process Equipment Division manufactures Static Equipment (Reactors, Heat Exchangers etc) for Oil & Gas , Refinery, Petrochemicals, Fertilizer plants etc.

Worked in Design & Detailed Engineering of Process Equipment like Static Equipment for Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemicals like Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Reactors, Columns etc.
