Base Depot Unit – Area Headquarters (Chennai, Tamilnadu) • As a Senior Operations Officer, Led a team of 80 servicemen and 120+ civilians in military operations and organizing recruitment, dignitaries visit, joint security exercise and civil aid camps. • Accomplished saving 20% man-hour and 10% material wastage by streamlining inventory and distribution planning of provisions to various naval assets based in Chennai station. • As an OHSE specialist ensured nil accident and implemented 07 projects as a part of process improvement, habitability augmentation and achieved employee good health and high morale. • Spearheaded negotiation and saved up to to 25% in annual expenditure to the exchequer on projects worth of INR 5 Crores. • As an Officer-in-Charge administrated a fleet of vehicles and civilian motor drivers to meet the operational and logistics requirement of the Naval Base.

Base Depot Unit – Headquarters, Eastern Naval Command (Vizag, Andhra Pradesh) • As a Project Manager, executed projects worth INR 380 Crores for construction of 1024 dwelling units by coordination with multiple diverse teams in a time bound manner. • As an Officer-in-Charge commissioned first of its kind green project 'Zero Residual Waste – Energy Conversion Plant' worth INR 13 Crores in Visakhapatnam. • Formulated Project Management Group (PMG) with 15 members to monitor various infrastructure projects and achieved delivery optimization, quality improvement and cost savings.

• As an Executive Officer handled with whole ship operations, safety & security of 200+ men and assets of the warship and successfully completed 06 major hydrographic surveys. • As an Operations Officer ensured timely completion of all 07 major surveys, including 02 international surveys in a target driven environment. • Award for devotion to duty. Commendation by the Commander-in-Chief, Eastern Naval Command whilst carrying out duties of the Executive Officer onboard warship in 2016. • Academic & Service Excellence: Positioned first in merit at Basic Hydrography course & Long Service medal. Training Establishments / Centre of Excellence in Ethics, Leadership and Behavioural Studies (Kochi, Kerala) • Accomplished tests for assessment of behaviour, identification and development of leadership traits, personality development and appraisals of potential leaders for about 280 officer trainees. • Imparted training to officer trainees on naval warfare and technology at training establishments and also responsible for IT, INFOSEC, Logistics and Administrative duties.

American Airlines Project (Chennai, Tamilnadu) • Worked as a SOA Admin & Production support executive and achieved 16 production deployment with zero deployment rollback. • Automated data report generation with UNIX scripting and saved an hour man/hour and ensured minimum downtime in production environment by automated server log monitoring.
