Working as a Lead Executive in Fraud management System division of Service operation Key responsibility of the position is to mitigate the risk in terms of revenue loss or bad debts.Working as Ranger administrator for North circles for Pre-check and usage based alarms.To work on reject data-base and prevent the entry of frauds in initial stage to the network through Pre-check Alarms.To keep an eye on the usage pattern of the subscribers through Event Management and hot list management (suspected location/country) to prevent any fraudulent usage by the subscribers.Proper monitoring of high exposure cases to reduce the bad debts and assures revenues too, for the company.Maintain the Red-Listed subscribers & also handling the RF-cheque bounce cases.Preparing MIS & other Dash board required for process audit.Red list Reconciliation of Barr customer check incremental & re barring those subscriber having incremental.Monitoring (Abnormal usage event) alarms of subscriber through FMS to reduce bad debt & to stop erratic usage.Monitoring (Subscriber Pre-check) all new applications is screened against the database of the suspected / confirmed fraudsters before the new connection is activated.Monitoring Port Binded & Non Port Binded cases to prevent revenue Leakage.Monitoring High Unbilled cases to prevent Fraud.Daily Analysis & Audit of Closed & Generated Usage & Pre-check Event's with closure remarks & alarm value.Handling Outsourced Telecalling Agency for Quality / Performance.Reconciliation via MIS Related to Barring/Unbarring/Disconnection/Reconnection of NCR & North Zone circles.
