Responsible for New product development and entire operational activities.

Project Handled: • Team leader for Defense Vertical. • Handled projects of Israel Weapon Industries (IWI), Meprolight, LPA Sights, ATA Arms, Samsun, Caracal, Armscor, Sarsilmaz, TISAS and Hatsan. • Handled more than 330 parts for defense application. Responsible for the activities involved in Development of the new products that includes: • Review of drawings, process flow, process implementation/set-up, first article inspection. • Process establishment for the new components through Trial and Pilot orders. • Lead the cross functional team and co-ordinate with them for team feasibility study. • Part feasibility study of all complex shaped parts for deciding the gate location, parting line based on customer requirement and function of the part. • Concept and design inputs for gauges & fixtures. • Establishment of Inspection methods for qualification of components. • Implementation of FMEA, APQP and PPAP documentation.
